Business Continuity Policy
Exchange Telecommunications Limited (ETL) is committed to the availability of her business processes and
services and shall implement measures to ensure the continuous availability of essential business processes and services.
The organisation’s strategic business continuity objectives are to:
i. Identify, assess and minimize business continuity risks
ii. Support the delivery of ETL business strategy
iii. Safeguard ETL reputational integrity
Accordingly, ETL is committed to the development, implementation, management, and continual improvement of a robust
and effective Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) BCMS as a key mechanism to protect the critical
activities of essential business processes.
The Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) applies to ETL telecommunication services and supporting business
processes and personnel and shall comply with all applicable regulations and contractual requirements in her
processes and services. This policy states management’s commitment and establishes the Business Continuity
Management System (BCMS) for the actualization of Exchange Telecommunications Limited business continuity objectives.
Information Security Policy
Exchange Telecommunications Limited is committed to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of her information
assets and shall implement measures through the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement
of an information security management system to protect the organisation's information assets against all threats.
Users of Exchange Telecommunications Limited information and information assets shall comply with this policy and exercise
a duty of care in relation to the operation and use of Exchange Telecommunications information and information systems.
